The Role of the Leadership Team is to:
- Lead and vision the event in the areas
programme and theme.
- Decide on guest speakers and artists for event
- Select Programme leaders
- Decide on future initiatives within the ROOTS
movement
- Oversee policy for all areas of the event
- Review and decide on overseas ROOTS proposals
- Decide on “big picture” programme
changes and venue re-organisation
- Consider and continually re-evaluate the future
of the event.
